We understand mistakes happen and plans can change- we’re here to help you through it. Whether you have already placed your order or your order has already shipped (left our facility and is in transit), please call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Before you call, please have ready:
- Name of the business your order should ship to (if applicable)
- Name and Phone Number of Contact Person (person to be contacted for any delivery needs)
- Full address of the correct shipping location (include suite, apartment and or floor numbers)
There may be a fee:
Most shipping companies will charge a fee for altering the shipping address, especially once the order is already in transit. When we contact the shipping company responsible for delivering your order, they may charge us for their inconvenience. If we are told we will incur a charge for the change, we will need to pass the fee we incur to you, the customer.
